You Were Never Formally Trained on Most of What You Are Expected to Do

IEPs. 504s. Accommodations. Modifications. Behavior plans. Related services. Progress monitoring. Communication with families. Documentation.

You were handed responsibilities without the training to match. And in some schools, asking questions means something is wrong with you.

That is not your fault. But students still need what they need.

You don't know what you don't know — but you need to.

This Is Not Another Compliance Training

This is not a one-time webinar you forget by Friday.

This is not another thing on your plate.

This is not generic PD that checks a box and changes nothing.

This is ongoing, weekly, live training designed for the people in the building.

This is the training you should have gotten on day one.

This is the thing that makes everything else on your plate make more sense.
