Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Special Education Academy.
Special Education Academy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Special Education Academy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
Epic Educator Academy™ memberships are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds or credits are issued. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time here: Manage or cancel your membership. Refund Policy. All products, memberships, trainings, events, and digital downloads sold by Special Education Academy™, Special Education Boss®, and The Epic IEP™ are non-refundable. Products purchased from third-party retailers (such as Amazon) are subject to that retailer’s policies.
Memberships, Courses and Programs
These Terms apply to every course, academy, membership, training, event, mastermind and program offered by Special Education Academy™, Special Education Boss® and The Epic IEP™, including The Epic IEP™ Academy, The Epic Educator Academy™, the 2-Day Special Education Advocacy Intensive, the VIP Advocate Program and the Mastermind, whether you access them on our website or in the member portal.
Billing and access. Recurring memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until canceled. Access begins when your payment is confirmed. If you cancel, your access ends when your current billing period ends. If a payment cannot be collected, your membership may end and your access will be removed. If a payment is refunded, disputed or reversed through your bank or card issuer, your access ends immediately. One-time purchases include access as described at checkout.
Live sessions and recordings. Live sessions are held on the schedule listed for each program. Dates and times may change. Recordings and materials are added to the member portal as they become available.
Personal use. Your purchase or membership is for you alone. Please do not share your login, or copy, record, post or resell training videos, recordings, handouts or other member materials.
Education, not legal advice. All training and materials are educational. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Special Education Academy™ does not provide legal representation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 21 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
